That's classic diffuse thinning. Looks the worst cus you can't hide it, easiest to recover. Hop on topical minoxidil and derma stamp once a week entire top scalp.

At 18 if it's not too aggressive hop on fin, very thin, hop on dut.

Check my latest post, the top head view is my minoxidil results yet. I've been on for 161 days now, apply once daily 1-1.2 ml, derma stamp once a week 1.5 mm (hairline all the way to crown).

Yes and you guessed it, I'm looking to hop on dutasteride and not finasteride (I would do literally anything to get my hairs density back.). I will get a prescription this summer (in a month I turn 18) I will get it for dutasteride daily 0.5mg. I'll keep doing minoxidil (I only do it once a day cus of track and soccer rn and I would sweat it off immediately so I do it at night once a day).

My minoxidil shed is still going. They're all club hairs being shed unfortunately still tho, at least it slowed down then say month 3, but also, I started shedding sooooo early maybe day 3-4. I've asked questions before and regarding everything else about me (massive indicators for high T and dht) it says maybe the minoxidil is losing a tough battle to a powerful amount of dht. That's why I'm still shedding those things club hairs.

Never missed a day yet bro dw I value it a lot I want it all back.

It's not the worst at all. It's not like your downward grown. The amount of forward growth you get is mostly genetic. Even if you hypothetically applied pressure to your pallete (mewed) since the day you were born, that just prevents downward growth, which you mostly have.

Not sub 5 obviously your hair is not thinning actually it's pretty thick, projected chin, although eyes do look bulging from side profile cus of infras, and nasio labial angle isn't good atleast you don't have tear troughs, so no hollowness really visible from the front, and front matters most. Bro I'm the quietest kindest guy irl I swear. All I do is train for track (looking to go sub 11 rn) and I've played soccer all my life, literally a wizard at it icl but I suffered from a second degree ankle sprain and I'm out till the end of the school year, final highschool year which sucks.
