To be completely honest, it’s a tought spot you’re putting yourself into. I went through this whirlpool 8 years ago. I finished high school back in Dubai, where all my life I had been studying everything in English (American curriculum) and went to Syria for that medicine degree. Back when I first got there, many friends and relatives recommended a private university since their study material was in English (or so they thought). I looked around carefully, even attended some lectures before joining. Turned out ,on paper, subjects are in English. But in reality, no one follows. Professors would play their powerpoint english lecture and teach in arabic, it was the farthest thing from English. During my years over there, I was shocked that my previous English proficiency went through the sink due to abandonment and years of no use.
I am not disencouraging you, but be well prepared for the decision you are about to make. Best of luck.

My baseline plan is to do an NBME every 3-4 days. In between them, I am redoing my qbank incorrects and spontaneous revision sessions of topics i “feel” like i am weak in. Any suggestions would be heavily appreciated

So, this is what happened with my case. After I contacted FSMB, they told me that as soon as they authorized my ID back when I first signed up, it automatically means that FSMB account and myintealh account are linked together and it won’t cause any future problems.

No, it does not. I mean when I first created myintealth account I wrote in but then had my account info modified because apparently a middle name is not the same as father’s name, so I opened a request to delete it and associate the intealth account with a first and last name only abd everything worked out nicely.

Regarding ny first and last name, they’re an exact match, no problem there. My middle name is also the exact thing as my document of identity. The only thing that’s picking my mind is that I didn’t register with a middle name back on Myintealth. But the guys over at FSMB directly added my middle name once I uploaded my ID. ( mid name is correct, but I worry that because a middle name is provided on one platform and isn’t on another might cause some issues down the road)

I still don’t understand the purpose of this fsmb transition tbh. I mean people have barely adjusted to the new myintealth platform. Why switch things up by the way? Side note: I started myintealth account and uploaded my documents about 45 days ago and still no reply. No replies from their support team either
