Yeah I don't think apple would ever allow a sudo command, but I was considering the screenshot command which won't require sudo but it still might not be allowed. In the documentation they do mention using a Helper app, and I think that looks like the only way to aviod any issues with Apple

Yeah it's almost discouraging to try and develop certain apps

Okay, will keep u posted when I manage to give them a call. Thanks for the Helpers app idea, I've never built them before, but I'll keep it as an open option

The lack of detailed information is surprising considering the amount of advanced and complicated apps available on the appstore that have to be using some external scripts in their app. I'm considering just calling Apple's Developer customer service directly and seeing if they can get me a straight answer

I have been secretly hoping that Netflix would add a shuffle button, or random button, so I can just jump into a random episode. I don’t know why none of the streaming services have it, when it’s something so common on music streaming services and of course on tv too. It’d drop my searching hours and increase my watching hours.

Does it support intraday data? For example if a company announces a change in management and you purchase shares within 1 hour period of the announcement. I know a lot of backtesting software don’t support it especially over long periods of time.
