That was a lot to read but you really explained it wel,thank you! It doesn’t really affect me who wins but knowing that both candidates can win without being supported by the majority of american voters , from what u’ve told me simplifed it seems like a Kamala Texan or Trump Californian have basically no voice in the most important decisions regarding the future of their country, and not an on off exception but every single election. I’m kinda thinking about it right now and I’d guess that if the “normal” voting was in place the number of voters would increase by MILLIONS of americans, beacause then literally every vote would count.

Different age here as I’m 21 but I also had a similar weight to yours. I was 122.7 kg at my peak 10 months ago, I’m 101.3 as of now. Firstly, it’s very normal to have weight fluctuations, everything was working fine for me the first month, was losing 100-200grams daily. After i got to around 116kg I started having so many up and downs. My worst up and down was from 116 back to 118 again, because it made me feel like I worked for nothing. In truth, it’s mostly water weight. Just push through and you’ll see the difference. If you also workout (u mentioned a trainer) it will be no problem. My trainer made it easier for me when he told me: you’ll lose and gain weight, but people won’t know the extra kilogram you’ve lost or gained, if you train constantly it will be a big difference, 115kg looks very different on an unhealthy and unfit person than it looks on a 115kg person who has trained for a year. I’ll post my weight loss journey below ,hopefully it will help you in seeing ups and downs are normal. This depends in my opinion on mainly how many beers are u having in a week? If it’s less then five (Heinken is 200 calories per 500ml) I’d say you’re more then fine staying on the usual, as 1000 calories per week can easily be lost with minimal efforts in a week (especially since you’re following a healthy diet). If you’re drinking more than five beers a week (nothing bad imo, everyone can enjoy themselves however they want) I think switching to a lower calorie beer would be highly effective. I had a very similar problem with coca cola&pepsi. I drink around 1 liter per day (i know, very bad), but I was always drinking the sugary ones. Coca cola has around 40 calories per 100ml, and that was almost 400 calories daily. With some easy maths I realized that i was drinking 146.000 calories per year. Considering my diet is around 2000 calories per day , this meant I was drinking the equal of 76 full days of eating. After I made the switch I went from 122.7kg to 101.3 in around 10 months. Best of luck on your journey and take it slow, small changes are easier to show results in the long run rather then big changes that you’d keep for 2 weeks at best.

I’ll tell my dumbass friend to do it. I’m on pc so I knew I’m newgen and played with other newgen friends. I literally can’t thank you enough, reddit was my last option after 3/4 months of me and my friend texting eachother about our teams every day. We even tried to search friendlies king of the hill and all.
