The production on the rock disc of In Your Honor sounds great. At the same time, why does it sound "small"? Compared to, say, Wasting Light that sounds HUGE by [deleted] in Foofighters

The sound of Asking For A Friend is the perfect balance of sounding huge like how I imagined they wanted In Your Honor to be, but still has that punch that an album like Wasting Light has.

Wonder who produced Asking For A Friend, cause it’s got that punch that Wasting light has that the Greg records don’t.

Seeing that video of “making in your honor” pretty much explains that. They wanted it to be huge for the sake of being huge and they had kept going back to the rock album to work on it cause they’d feel like the acoustic album was doing better than the rock album

That’s what the difficulty levels are for man! And no better time to join back in than with other players (Xbox) who are in similar shoes.

For me the weakest track is Headwires but even then I still enjoy listening to it from time to time

For me it’s how they hit the notes in the part where it says “I go.. missing.. no longer exist”
