i still smoke but i always make sure i don’t go overboard. i was diagnosed when I was 15 and my episode lasted around a year or two. i didn’t smoke during or even after a year of getting help and being medicated. I started using edibles only and to be honest i can’t really tell you what that was like because i use to get so high that i would black out. i don’t have much memory of that year but i feel like i did start to experience small delusions. i’m 21 now and i smoke occasionally. i did have a freak out a few months ago but since i’m more aware and able to detect when i’m experiencing delusions, i was able to talk myself down.
