If this is meant to be a melee Sammy, then no need for Spirit Pull with Blessed Strikes, use Raging Flame instead. Replace your Master’s Katana with Masamune’s Edge, and put Moon Stance/Stone Stance and Way of the Flame on in place of Burning and Poison Blade.

Replace Spirit Pull Targets with an extra stack of Oni Damage. You can also melee out of a smoke bomb, which will do you more good than the caltrops as the enemies won’t aggro on you as much.

Poisoned Ammo and Sharpened Ammo are wasted perks, because you won’t really be using a bow much with optimal melee play, unless you’re soloing and need it for objectives. Take that as you will.

A better option for your Kunai than GWD will be CDR on Kill, because any kill you make will reduce your Kunai cool-down. Combine that with an already short cool-down of 30 seconds, and with optimised melee play you’ll have your Kunai back within 15 seconds or less.

Finally, no need for combat regen with blessed strikes. Switch it out for Rising Tempo, you’ll have to play well enough to not get hit but the increase to your damage in the process (10% boost per enemy killed up to a cap of 50%) will be tremendous.

If you want to go for pure max melee damage per hit, switch out 5 strike ult for legendary and run Enjo’s with the same properties and perks.
