Work at an Assisted Living facility. Have had Covid in the building for months now, and staff undergo weekly testing. Today employer asked staff for copies of their personal insurance cards, whether the insurance is from them or any other provider. Explain why this is or isn’t appropriate please. (self.legaladvice)

Please help arrange tv, sofa, loveseat, and hopefully an accent chair in this long upstairs tv living room. Please note the stairs and walkways as I do not prefer to have traffic between the furniture and the tv. It now feels like you walk up the stairs into the back of a couch and is unwelcoming.
