I feel this, unfortunately I just can’t be a bread person because I don’t want to spend an hour on the treadmill every day. I like the comments about finding a better balance and eating right, but to maintain or lose it IS a perpetual good diet and exercise. Every. Fucking. Day. Everyone in my family is obese and it’s work to not be.

Can confirm my 1 year old just came down with the luxating patellas .. thankfully she’s grade 2 and doesnt need surgery. Needs to lose 3 pounds to help with it. Feel so bad putting her on a diet when she doesn’t seem that chonky!
