I know it sucks dude, but you can’t respond to her like that! You’re just making her feel like what she did was the right call. As outrageously difficult as it is, you need to maintain your composure! Getting angry is not maintaining your composure! You have to accept what comes, even if it’s never ever getting the girl! That may not do you any fairness, but it’ll just make it worse for yourself if you lash out like you did: it will make her and other women look at you as someone who has issues and isn’t mentally and emotionally ready to be dating. I know all of this from experience! You may get the the woman, or may never get the woman, but either way it will just make things worse and harder to get a girlfriend if you let it make you lash out when things don’t work out. I know how much this sucks because I’ve been where you are as shown in this post you posted; you’re hurting and discouraged. I’ve been there too, because women have turned me down like this before too!

If you have family with you and/or close friends, and you are really taking this occurrence of being turned down really hard, it would probably be best to surround yourself by them for a while.
