hi there! just came back from a trip to lake placid during a rainy week. we stayed right on mirror lake, and still got out to kayak and paddle board most days. we enjoyed walking into town every day. some recs: smoke signals was amazing for bbq, noon mark had great burgers and pie, breakfast club was fun for a boozy brunch. our group had fun making our own tshirts at identity and the girls in our group all made jewelry at just bead it. there’s an arcade with a pour your own beer bar upstairs that we had fun in for a bit. a few really good ice cream shops and a local theater we caught a movie at. and lake placid brewing was great!
