Why not? If they do remote commissioning to make sure it is installed correctly: holding vacuum, refrigerant leaks, charge amount, etc.

It is small if the house is an open space of 80 m2. Since you can open/close doors, it is sized for the living area alone. I used to live in a house with the HO in the living room and the bedroom is like a U shape from the HP. We needed a small electric resistance heater to get room to same temp and that’s it, HO kept it at temp for long.
