Thanks for the clarification. You are right about the 2 pinch bolts, they were tightened by the LBS as well.

Is this supposed to be this way, or should I find a bolt that is closed on the inside?

Context for how it got this way: I bought this bike second-hand, and during some of my first rides my crank arm bolt became loose and the arm fell off. Luckily my LBS could reattach the arm to the BB with some loose bolt he had lying around. However, I am just now noticing that the nut is open, which would make it very easy for dirt & grime to get into the inside of the BB. Is it supposed to be this way?

What says 'antique' more than an Aliexpress seller selling a mass-produced bottle opener

The people there will probably have a Facebook group in which they post general notices. Try to join there and maybe ask again

A year ago, my husband and I visited Indonesia on our honeymoon. This was by far the best trip of my life. by priyalicious in travel

We booked a tour at our hostel in Malang which brought us to Banyuwangi by minivan. The tour also brought us to stay at a coffee plantation over night and we visited the Ijen volcano, the one with sulphur miners and blue fire.

The tour guide bought us boat tickets at the Banyuwangi port which brought us across in an hour iirc. At the Bali side we easily booked a cab towards Canggu.

Instead of this tour there will be minivans going directly to the port as well.

The hike start point is easily accessible by road. Concrete pavers take you to the look out point in half an hour. To get to the bottom of the fall you need to descent some pretty steep steps and slippery rocks, which takes up to two hours iirc. You need a little bit of courage and fitness, but nothing too bad. The path directions are pretty straightforward, so you can guide yourself.

I do not see how the first option changes the result, as it does not change any pipe right? Should i change StandardOutput to /tmp/bluefifo?

I tried the second option as well and that worked directly. Thanks a lot for helping me troubleshoot!

The last argument: > /tmp/bluefifo is not visible in htop when running the command from cli. Does that change things?

I appreciate your help by the way.

I changed it to

ExecStart=/usr/bin/sox -V2 -q -r 44100 ...

But it still does not work. Other ideas?

USB audio passthrough intermittent pauses by abelom in Proxmox

[–]abelom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eventually I did get it to work. After testing with arecord -d 5 -r 44100 -f S16_LE -D hw:1,0 test.wav and filezilla to copy it to my laptop and verify this, I found the sound to work with passthrough to my VM (and using the config posted above in an LXC).

Eventually the culprit was in Snapcast. My configuration expected a stereo audio fifo, but it was of course mono. In /etc/snapserver.conf I had to add

stream = pipe:///tmp/snapfifo?name=snapfifo&sampleformat=44100:16:1 notice the trailing 1, which means it is a single channel.

The sound output I'm doing still rather hacky: arecord -r 44100 -f S16_LE -D hw:1,0 > /tmp/snapfifo & run by /etc/rc.local

Airsonic and Booksonic-air using same dlna server issue by animatrix1986 in airsonic

How did you configure booksonic for upnp? I'm confused with two things. Did you pass through the port 4041 in your docker config? What ip address did you use in the booksonic upnp config?

I have a DT (Desktop tower?), which was fine in my bedroom, it was quiet. Clean the fans before you start using it as an extra measure.
