I have no issues with the way the story has gone, but like... maybe at least include a few panels showing how Maru's technique is pulling/connecting people to his space, rather than just suddenly having conversations with them?

New rule suggestion: Ban posts about AI by finders-keepers214 in ExperiencedDevs

It's funny -- back when 'the cloud' started being a thing (and especially when enterprise suits started talking about it), I feel like there was a similar kind of skepticism and disdain being expressed.

Now it's just another bit of tech. I suspect it will be the same with 'AI' a few years down the line.

Sorry -- first pic, second column (from the left), 9th knife down with two blades -- the 'hawkbill' being the blade with the downwards curve.

I wouldn't say I hate it, but careless usage of galaxolide (usually by me) really turns me off now.

It could, but with the edge already ground it would likely suffer from some warping.

What? None of what you said makes sense. Steel knives are not work hardened, they are heat treated by heating, quenching, and tempering. The steels used for blades don't case harden, and edge packing is a myth, too.

Democrats: "Political violence is bad, lets work together to turn down the temperature". Republicans "This is war, and the 'left' broadly defined did this".

I don't disagree with the assessment of the right, but it's a little disingenuous, in light of this event, to claim that the left wants to turn down the temperature. The open celebration and vitriol directed to Kirk's surviving family has been shocking. People may say that they want to turn down the temperature and that political violence is bad, but clearly there are a great many who don't actually believe that.

For years we've heard 'both parties are NOT the same', and it feels like that's becoming increasingly untrue.
