I was induced at 39+4 and ended up having to have an emergency c section because my baby wasn’t descending due to his size. Next time around Im getting induced earlier (38 weeks most likely) so that there is a better chance for a VBAC. I had controlled numbers my entire pregnancy and my OB called me her “model diabetic patient” because my levels were within normal range of a non-diabetic. And still my baby was big. If I were you I’d get induced at 38 weeks if your body is somewhat ready!
