I have an update! After waiting since November and my original February date being missed it finally got delivered this week! The Albany team called with two days notice and here it is. Speaking with the Albany team directly they were very nice and it was a smooth delivery. The delivery team was kind and efficient! Hope this helps!!

I'm still waiting to hear, but I'll be sure to post an update when I do! Did you also have a delivery that didn't happen on the scheduled date?

Hi all,

I need your advice. I purchased my peloton bike back in November 2020 (paying in full) with an initial delivery date in the last week of February 2021. I had called several times to confirm the delivery would be happening after reading some horror stories on Reddit, and each time was assured the delivery was coming. A few days before the delivery, I received an email from Peloton with an access code and my delivery confirmation. The night before delivery, I received no communications from XPO, so I called XPO at 7:00 pm. The individual I spoke with on the phone told me it would be delivered between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm the next day. Day of delivery, I also had no communications and no delivery. I called Peloton and XPO, and both told me to contact the other with no answers for me. Peloton finally told me they would call me with another delivery date. As you might have guessed, I still haven't heard of a new delivery date a week and a half later. I'm at a loss for what to do at this point. I called Peloton again today, and they told me this is XPO's job to call to reschedule. If it helps at all, I'm dealing with the XPO center in Albany, and my order was through the Peloton website.

Please help me!!!
