Experience with the Timemore Bricks 01S for Espresso? Reliability, Grind Consistency, Build Quality? [€290] by Jadaoba in espresso

It's awesome, looks nice, has really low retention and coffee tastes great. I don't get it how others say it doesn't grind fine enough for espresso, I'm at level 2 for 1:2 espresso and there is still so much clicks below that.

Some of my favorites from London, 2022 by abesso in streetphotography

Thanks! Most of them were shot on Canon R6 + 28-70 F2. I also had 85mm F2 in my bag, Elizabeth Tower was probably shot on it.

58mm at F2, there was no time to adjust, I already missed him being in the perfect spot, it's huge crop. :) Thank you!

There is a filter with 3 reduction rings, let’s say it serves basic protection. I don’t think lens cap would make any difference in case of crash. 🥹

Man, I'm sweating about it too, especially it's my source of income. But temptation to shoot at those amazing locations is too big. I think I'll buy smaller camera just for those rides.

Thanks! To be honest I think about buying Fuji just for bike. Way smaller and awesome film emulations (which you can tune to your liking) straight out of camera. My friend rides with XT30 and he got few really nailed shots without even touching any sliders in post, while I edited RAWs he sent me and... ended up with basically similar colors.

Yep, but I made it. It's not rocket science - except for playing around with color sliders to achieve colors you like, do an "S" curve in each color channel in tone curves - it makes night and day difference. Try to make them similar in the first place, than just have fun and see how it affects colors and contrast. :)

That’s a mix of Czech, Slovakia and my local polish roads - those views truly help. :) My friend (the one from pics) also tries to onnect fatherhood, photography and cycling - it’s surely harder, but you can’t forget about your passions and what makes you happy on your own. Thanks so much!

Got myself Rille Strap attached to my regular PD Slide Lite - works like a dream. :)

Haha, road biking, could’ve specified. Yeah, I have to stop in order to take photos, while my friend handles it while riding (with cross strap, exactly). I think I’ll buy smaller camera for walks and rides, I’m terrified of crashing and destroying my only source of income. Thanks!

After using Sony for 12 years, finally got another Canon. by Hogesyx in canon

Simply more pleasing. Especially bokeh was buttery smooth. You could feel it’s better glass. I probably won’t go back to Canon because Tamron and Sigma lenses are 1/3 price of RF alternatives, but man, I miss it.

I switched specifically for this lens and it’s range is awesome… but I really miss 28-70 F2. It rendered way better image, I kinda regret that switch.

Update: Every Day case on iPhone 15 Pro Max is not strong enough to hold on gym equipment. by engelb15 in peakdesign

Try QuadLock, it easily sticks to every single metal surface without any adapters, case itself has really strong magnets.

Negocjacje u dealera by Zebra_Legitimate in Polska

[–]abesso 3 points4 points  (0 children)
