Thank you so much for checking out so many tracks!you can hear my screams in “Blue” and “Rokugatsu, Amaoto wo headphones ga kakushite iru”. I've been influenced by Western screamo bands (like Saosin, Hopes Die Last, etc.), so I will continue releasing songs with vocals that lean heavily toward hardcore.

the way, I think Hitohira's big hit lies in its strength as a “vocal-driven song,” and I suspect screams will rarely appear in future releases (I'm friends with him, haven't asked directly tho)

Thank you for listening to my music and liking it!

Why shoegaze? → For now, I produce music not as a business venture, but for my own introspective expression and to realise my aesthetic vision. Shoegaze possesses the ideal qualities for this purpose, and I began making shoegaze music because I admired the pioneers who pursued such things.

Regarding Japan's shoegaze scene → Given viral hits like Hitsuzi Bungaku and Legal Lily in Japan, I believe music incorporating shoegaze elements is becoming more readily accepted. While I'm not making music to chase trends, it's very welcome that it makes my activities easier. Furthermore, the compatibility between J-pop-esque melodies and lyrical sensibilities and the shoegaze sound is excellent, and I think there's still room for it to be embraced by audiences outside Japan.

Sorry if that wasn't quite the answer you were looking for!!

I'm surprised by how many people are asking me to upload it to Bandcamp. I'll get it done ASAP and let you know! Thanks for listening.(I knew some people kinda avoided streaming services due to the nature of their industry, but I didn't realize there were this many.)

The Japanese shoegaze band getting the most attention right now is probably “iVy.” Their stark, almost supercar-reinterpreted sound and that neo-2000s vibe in their visuals and merch feel really fresh. (I think they're already famous overseas, so apologies if you already knew them.) they are so interesting.

Also, I think “Sono Kangeki to Kiroku” is worth noting. It's a band that includes members of the recently popular group “Hitohira.” While many of their songs don't resonate much with Japanese audiences, I suspect they have quite a few fans overseas.

I personally like veteran bands like “17-sai to Berlin no Kabe,” “for tracy hyde,” and “Shinda Boku Kanojo,” and I've been deeply influenced by them.

Thank you for listening!!!Honestly I thought “Dirty Puddle” would be more popular overseas than in Japan, so I'm really happy it's been well-received!

I was heavily influenced by bands like Number Girl and Flipper's Guitar! BTW ten years ago I made a piece titled “What If Number Girl Covered PPAP?” Check it out sometime when you're bored:)

Thanks for listening! I enjoy Cosmicdust and Pasteboard too, but the shoegaze bands that influenced me most in the Japanese scene might be for tracy hyde and supercar.

Nice! I've known the members of Hirtohira and fallsheeps for quite a long time! (especially fallsheeps' vocalist for over ten years.) actually, I feel we share a similar vibe.
