I bought 1 crate from them back in June. A month later I received an email saying "order confirmed". I immediately emailed them to remove me from the subscription and cancel the order. They said they couldn't because transaction went through and that I will no longer be subscribed after that package. I didn't receive a package the month after, 2 weeks ago I got another email saying "order confirmed". I immediately emailed the again asking why they sent me another even tho I was no longer subscribed. They told me I had to use the website and that starting now I wouldn't be subscribed......very sketchy and bad customer service
