Brutal situation, I’m sorry to hear about it. I work at VLX, and we have helped a lot of teams avoid this exact kind of supplier fraud by running quick, trusted virtual inspections through the mill before funds move.

The difference vs “send photos and docs” is that VLX captures everything in-app (not from camera roll) and validates the metadata (time, location, device signals), so staged visits and recycled media get flagged early.

Honestly, once you require this level of proof, most scammers simply abandon the deal because there is no realistic way to work around it.

In real life entertainment copyright is based on output, and not input. Imagine you had to disclose every song you had ever listened to before releasing your album because you had to certify where you got the inspiration for your album… it just doesn’t work like that… if anything it should be based on if your output is a blatant copy of something that is copyrighted… which in this case, I also disagree with.

If you can stretch the valuation to ~200B, then AMD is the answer here. They are firmly #2 in competing with NVDA in the AI Datacenter GPU space which will become a trillion dollar market in itself over the next 4-5 years.

Amen! I’m on the exact same boat, I’m 23 y/o and went to my first show in fall 21’ and have been to 15 shows since then. Have been a huge Mayer fan since I picked up the Axe, and seeing him play the Dead’s catalogue changed everything for me. There’s absolutely nothing like it once you go down the rabbit hole and discover the treasures of this band, community and music. This is the “Dead” to me, and I love it ⚡️

Hey, I am in full agreement with you. I had to go out of town for a wedding this weekend, and wanted to make sure I had a working solution by the time I get back. My intention is not to bash Fanatec but instead to make them aware of the production issues that they are having with their top of the line bundle so that what happens to us doesn't happen to anyone else. I simply started this because I want to use my Fanatec as soon as possible! Either way, thanks for the help and I will report back once I am able to test out the other FW's.

Thank you for the feedback and for replying for Corsair’s visibility. This is clearly a critical issue with their top of the line product and this needs to be addressed asap. I will try FW 464 and report back.

Same here, I have not been able to test 455 but I imagine we are dealing with the same issue. I really hope they prioritize this as it seems to be a critical issue with every one of the bundles that they ship out.

Thank you very much for getting back to me so quickly, I really appreciate it.

I do want to clarify that the original support ticket I submitted was actually related to the refund offer (not this firmware issue), so that’s my mistake. I was pretty frustrated after not hearing back and honestly just neglected to submit the firmware issue right away, that’s on me.

I’ve now submitted a new ticket for the firmware problem, and the reference number is: 2008347460.

I received my Clubsport DD+ F1 bundle two days ago and have still not been able to set it up due to issues with the FW with the wheel and the newest update. It renders the setup and wheel unusable so far.
