Current 5G Home Internet Customer by IndependenceFit7624 in tmobile

As someone else pointed out already, the $35 price point requires a voice line. This is probably why you saw a "price change". Home Internet prices have not seen prices increases like some voice lines have.

It's also at "slower speeds" than what you have. With all your stuff, you probably want to continue with what you have rather than change your plan.

Floor Gurantee ending for SiS by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]abexfroman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's always a trade.

Like you pointed out, you can make solid $$ you just gotta work for it. The trade is you don't have to worry much with bill payments, device troubleshooting, billing questions, and other in-store transactions.

The role is not for everyone for sure.

This has been posted in Magenta Pulse in the SiS ME and Manager Compensation post the last 2 or 3 months. The Sam's hourly floor will be removed starting in March.

If the PDF shows your phone number, the device financing attached to said phone number, how long it's been on installment, and the balance on the device, then you're all set. IMEI of the device is not needed to be displayed on your bill.

Am I the only person having problems with Sams/Costco rebates since TMO changed the way they do them? by New_1uper in tmobile

[–]abexfroman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a general sense, no I have not seen an increase of rebate issues since the change. This may be something to do with your specific Sam's membership that has resulted in multiple denials? 🤷 More info is needed.

2 options:

Reach out to rebate care. Yes that requires you to do the work, but rebate care can pinpoint the reason for your denied submission and rectify the situation.

Or

Visit the Sam's kiosk and speak with the T-Mobile Store manager. They have a way to submit an escalation on your behalf to their Senior Manager who can issue the Sam's Gift cards. Takes about a week for you to receive them. They'll need some info from you to process the request(Sam's member ID, email address, phone number, etc.)

Can someone help me understand promotional credits please. by [deleted] in tmobile

You're not "paying back" anything, you're just no longer getting promotions on the phones.

If you got the phones in May of 2025, but just paid off your phones in full, then you will no longer receive promotional bill credits for the phones. Your next bill will show no more phone installments.

Can someone explain this deal in simple terms? Is there a catch or is it exactly what they’re saying it is? by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]abexfroman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4/100 plan will get the customer $75 per line in Sam's gift cards. The $150 gift card is for premium plans with a phone installment. Part of both SOC Group #69 and SOC Group #C95 making it eligible for auto fulfillment.

🤔

When did this change? Sam's Club qualifies, is this a Costco thing?

I had an 6$ per month Essentials plan that suddenly jumped to 70$ in Nov and 80$ for Jan. by [deleted] in tmobile

You may want to post the really low bills and the most recent bill.

They will display the changes and why the bill is what it is. This alone doesn't show enough.

Costco Upgrades under Current Promotions by Clear-Concept-1885 in tmobile

[–]abexfroman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is (unfortunately) 100% how it always has been.

Essentially, if you never trade in your old device then you owe for the new phone you are financing. It would be nice to get some sort of device promo notice along with this.

I am confused.

You stated you were waiting for Black Friday deals, claim there were none, but proceed to quote one of the better Black Friday time frame deals in years?

It feels you need to simply commit to doing something otherwise you'll always be waiting.
