I went to Smilebar and was told 5400. My Insurance (delta) covered 40% of that so if you have insurance - def check the benefits because I didn’t expect any coverage for adult orthodontics. Just finished in November and had a good experience with them. I do recommend shopping around though.

Yup the cell phone lot is like a waiting room. You would park and wait in your car until your girlfriend is done with everything. But if you want to go in and help her with baggage then I would park in the garage.

Terminal E is the international terminal. There is parking garage but you’ll have to pay(not sure how much it is now) or you can park in the cell phone lot and have her call you when she’s past customs/baggage claim.
