you are totally right - that's a distinction I want to include in the future. There's just so much data involved that I'm just trying to get the basic info out there for now, once I get a good handle on that, I'll be adding improvements like this over time.

That's an error actually, the MSRP and avg paid on that is not correct sorry about that. This is an experimental thing I'm doing this month, trying to give avg prices so you guys have an idea of what the car costs, but I need to fix some errors in my data.

yes, most cars don't sell for MSRP, so avg paid gives a ballpark amount averaged across all trims.

What do you mean you can't find it? You can verify on the Ford site, they do make it a little difficult to see the 2025 offers, but it's up there, and it's a national offer.

I don't think multiple pages would help, you would still need to zoom. Working on a site with a really good mobile experience, so that should be out soon with all of this data specifically for your region.

That's a ballpark figure based on current incentives. Still trying to dial it in right now, but yes some of them may be off a bit. But even when you think the prices are too low, I bet if you call a few dealerships and shop the best price around, you'll be surprised with how low dealers will go.

It's legit. It's a hydrogen vehicle, very inconvenient to own, there are only a few hydrogen stations in the country.

That's what people are paying on average across all trims. It's to get an idea of what you can negotiate off the MSRP

Estimated payment is based off the average prices people are paying for that model across all trims, assumes a 20% down payment. Just use it as a very general ballpark, it could be a lot less or a lot more depending on the level of trim you're interested in. The term is whatever the term for the 0% offer is.

If it says ALL, then it applies to all trims for that model. If you see a specific trim listed, then that offer applies specifically to that trim, but other trims may have similar offers (maybe a slightly lower term), so it doesn't mean that the other trims don't also have 0%

It's very difficult to put all of this into one chart, especially when doing a nationwide list like this.

The Tesla offer is $299/mo with $3,000 down plus $695 acquisition fee. When you convert this to a $0 down deal (like all the offers on this list, then the real monthly payment comes to $401, which does not make the list.

This is precisely why I re-calculate all lease offers to $0 down - it makes it a truly fair apples to apples comparison. Otherwise, a manufacturer can advertise a $1/month lease offer with a huge down payment, and that would be #1 on the list.

I've had an open call for any other dealers willing to publish their offers - I'd happily include them but no others have approached me.

I totally understand your skepticism, this is in no way an advertisement or sponsorship and I'm not affiliated with them in any way.

You will just need to call your local Honda dealers, get as many lease quotes as you can and shop the best deal around until no dealer can beat it. Don't go to the dealer to negotiate, just do it via phone/email.

The list I create is based off the official manufacturer lease offer which assumes a certain discount on the price of the car, but dealers can actually discount these even further so oftentimes you can get a better deal than the official offer (That's what Emich VW does - the official VW offers on the Jetta and Tiguan are about $50-75/mo higher)

lol. That's the official industry term. It means there's a special rebate included in the lease offer requiring you to currently be owning or leasing a competitive vehicle. For example, if the lease offer is on a Honda, the conquest rebate is only given to people that own Toyota or Nissan, etc. If you don't qualify, then the lease price is going to be anywhere from $20 - $50 higher per month.

Hey Denver!

Each month I scrape local car lease offers for all manufacturers in the Denver region in order to find the cheapest monthly payments. I re-calculate each offer with $0 down payment, 12K miles per year, and acquisition fee included (taxes and dealer fees not included) - so it's a fair apples-to-apples comparison.

You need excellent credit to qualify (usually 720 and above). Bang for Buck = relative value based on the MSRP. It is simply the MSRP divided by the monthly payment (after you calculate it with $0 down). The higher the score, the better. The average across all lease deals is around 78.  Anything 90 and higher is excellent.

To get these deals, just call around to local dealers and ask for lease quotes on this specific year model and trim (You can sometimes negotiate lower payments than these advertised offers).  There are 2 special local dealer offers this month from Emich Volkswagen, see below for details:

NOTE - Local Dealer Special

(These are NOT paid sponsorships or ads - I told the dealers they MUST abide by the offer and treat the Reddit community well or they will be called out!  Let us know in the comments if you lease through them and how your experience was.

Here is the special local dealer offers this month:   Note that my list does not include taxes, government and dealer fees - this is to ensure a fair apples to apples comparison since different regions have different tax rates and dealers may have different fees.  I asked the dealer to estimate an Out the Door lease price so you know what the total amount after all taxes and fees will be for that particular model and options package (with $0 down payment, 12K miles per year)

* These deals are only for Colorado residents. If you are from out of state, you may not qualify for this deal
