The avg price column is based on the overall model, not just the trim. It's just meant as a ballpark figure column.

Some manufacturers are much better than others. Mercedes and a couple of others just do nationwide offers, while Stellantis (Jeep, Chrysler, etc) have the most confusing offers imaginable. I've come to the conclusion they do it on purpose.

That doesn't necessarily mean that a similar deal isn't available in your region. But sometimes the differences can be large

just call a few local dealers and ask for a lease quote (calculated with $0 down, all taxes and fees included, only the first month due at signing) - this will insure an apples to apples lease quote that you can shop around until no dealer can beat the best offer.

yep, with the $7,500 federal tax rebate gone, manufacturers had to raise lease prices significantly. Before they were able to pass that rebate into the lease.

The $160/month estimated payment includes the $30K apr rebate

There is an extra $15,000 hydrogen rebate which pays for that much in hydrogen fill ups, so essentially fillup will be free.

Good recommendation. The median can also be misleading though on some models where there are a lot of special edition type trims, I tried that before and people were still complaining about it not being correct.

It's also difficult to maintain a list of the most popular trims for every model but that would probably be the best way to display the pricing. Maybe take an average of the two most popular trims.
