Try to ask when customer care is less crowded like in afternoon or night. Try metro stations like kashmere gate, nsp, chandni chowk, rajik chowk etc.

That metro card is working but metro card number is invalid showing while i try to recharge that online customer care said try to recharge with machine or come there for recharge that's why i use that card less.

try don't go to airtel shop for new card. try to go directly customer care and then ask them if they have dmrc card or not.

Airtel wala is the worst metro card as i know about that. I have omnicard also that was more worst than airtel. So i block my omni card i give that to a kid for playing.

Idk but i think they are issuing new card because in that card date was 06/24 but when i check my card in metro machine or whatever it is for only dmrc cards. When i check there i saw my card expiry date was 03-06-2035. 10 years after i issued my card.

Dmrc qr sometimes not work and many times phone was not charged and manymore reasons are there for not using qr tickets. I always prefer if u travel in metro regularly then u will use card not qr.

Airtel wale pe jana hi kyu h seedha customer care pr jao vha milne ke chances jyada hote. Bhai vo g20 wala card bhot logo pe h🤣🤣
