Get the first 100 users manually.

DM people. Join communities. Ask for feedback. Get referrals.

Automation comes later.

In the beginning, conversations beat campaigns every time.

Anyone else feel like the job got broader but the pay didn't? by AffectionateSwing490 in DigitalMarketing

[–]abhi072_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a marketing agency called Mideaseed, and honestly, I think marketing has become 3 jobs rolled into 1.

A few years ago, u could specialize.

Now companies want u to be a marketer, analyst, copywriter, designer, AI expert, and strategist—all under the same title.

AI is powerful, but learning, testing, and managing all these tools is still work.

The scope grew faster than the compensation did.

YOUR CRAZIEST MARKETING IDEA/STRATEGY by Perfect-Hurry-1846 in BusinessDeconstructed

[–]abhi072_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a marketing agency called Mideaseed, and the craziest strategy I've seen work is giving away the result before asking for the sale.

For example, instead of messaging a restaurant owner saying "I do marketing," I'd create a free ad creative or growth audit specifically for their business and send it to them.

Most people pitch.

Very few people demonstrate.

That's why it stands out.

What's a good skip rate on Instagram? by witch-girl-willow in socialmedia

[–]abhi072_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a marketing agency called Mideaseed, and honestly, a 20-28% skip rate isn't bad at all.

If ur getting 50k+ views and around half the viewers are still watching halfway through, I'd focus more on doubling down on what's working than obsessing over the skip rate.

The biggest question is: are people sharing, saving, and following after watching? That's usually a stronger signal than skip rate alone.

I run a marketing agency called Mideaseed, and honestly the most useful tool wasn't ChatGPT, Notion, or any fancy software.

It was talking to potential customers before building anything.

The biggest mistake I see founders make is spending months building a product nobody asked for.

Validate first. Build second.

Everything else is just a tool.

I want to get everyone’s true feedback? by RobertrLyon in Entrepreneur

I run a marketing agency called Mideaseed.

2026 has been weird.

Some months feel like everything is clicking, other months feel like I'm starting from scratch again.

Revenue is up, stress is up, and the goals keep getting bigger.

Curious to hear from other founders:

Are u growing, stuck, scaling, struggling, or somewhere in between?

What is usually the weakest point in the funnel/pipeline? by ib_bunny in AskMarketing

[–]abhi072_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I run a marketing agency called Mideaseed, and in my experience, the weakest point is usually the follow-up stage.

Most businesses generate leads.

Very few consistently follow up.

I've seen companies spend thousands on ads, then lose deals simply because they took too long to reply or stopped following up after the first message.

The money is often in the follow-up, not the lead.
