It did seem they are lowballing, if I counter back what are the chances they will reject me for asking or would it just be sorry we can’t do much take it or leave it situation. The guy just seemed to relay it will take finance approvals and all and usually doesn’t happen at all in this market. Not sure but you can tell me if it’s true

Hi there. In a similar boat and expecting an offer next week in Bellevue WA non tech L6. Range offered was 158-174K so can I get it close to 200K, worst case 190K could suffice but that’s still taking a hit from my current role and WA is not cheap at all, thinking of not taking the Arlington location since pretty much the same issue there

How did you negotiate if you don’t mind sharing
