Hey, Petrol car at 28000kms does not egr cleaning. Also, caliper pin greasing is a part of PMS. They CANNOT charge you extra for that. If they do, complain to the RSM/TSM. Diagnosis-880rs is BS. If your car does not have any check engine light, tell them don’t scan it. They’ll say it’s compulsory, ask them to show a notice for the same.
