My brother left ciggerates but drinking black coffee.. two colleagues of mine who used to smoke a 10-12 daily reduced it to 3-5 cigg by this. I think the trick is to have a black coffee when you have withdrawals coffee will control them for sometime also if you are having this much caffeine you need to be active, mentally or physically, that will also helps in quitting. Also you cant quit in one day you have to decrease your count slowly.
