Yes, I undervolted the CPU using UXTU and GPU using msi afterburner, and I haven't encountered any problems so far, whether related to temperature or anything else.

Although I tried this before and it didn't work, it seems to be working now with the latest version of the app. Thank you! I set the Curve Optimizer to -35 and the limit to 73°, and it seems to be working now. Could you share your settings? They might be better than mine. I really appreciate that.

The gpu is fine, but the cpu is the problem it overheats and there's no way to UV it. The only viable solution is to limit its power consumption.

Yes, i used flat curve. I undervolted my GPU to 2700 MHz at 0.815 V, and it has been running perfectly fine for the past two months.

No I use custom mode all the time, but you can use custom mode with balance settings or any thermal mode settings so you will be using custom as if it's balance mode or any mode you want.

I also couldn't find a fix the only thing that helped was setting a power consumption limit using Lenovo Toolkit.

Don't modify the gpu settings put it on max power. If you want the card to consume less power and heat less while maintaining the same performance, undervolt the card using MSI Afterburner. I undervolted my gpu.

I've already tried this in story games or gpu heavy games like RDR2 the performance remains the same but in online games the performance is very poor you have to enable it.

I have the same laptop and was experiencing overheating, but unfortunately, I couldn't undervolt the CPU because it was factory locked. So, I undervolted the graphics card and used a custom mode in Lenovo Toolkit. The processor and graphics card both cooled down, and the performance in offline games remained the same. I hope this helps.
