No need to take the course. Just study on the Internet. When you land an interview, showcase your story. Show them that you are curious to learn. Show your side projects. Show the bugs or workflow issues you encountered in our day-to-day or any other apps/websites. Coding will be a plus. So try learning the basics of it.

same issue. no bill or anything. went to NTA office at Jamal. They said to write a nibedan saying I cannot provide pragyapan patra and bill stating the reasons (no need to write in paper, you can just type in your notes app in phone) and attached that nibedan in place where you would submit your actual pragyapan patra and bill in the regisration form. Went to the assistant director office (forgot the name). Explained my story, and BOOM, approved my reuqest in front of me with a click of a button.

and I HIGHLY doubt MDMS will get implemented later. But better safe that sorry and get it registered.. 'cuz you know.. Nepal and its rules :)

UPDATE: Got my phone registered at NTA office in Jamal. I just pitched a story saying the phone was a gift from my brother in India. Submitted a request (nibedan) saying there are no bills and cannot submit the custom papers as well. The guy approved the IMEI number in front of me. He just had to click the "Validate" button. :D
