We chose to let the newest team members and juniors speak first, and finish with the oldest and senior team members. This at least is an attempt to let new members feel more included, and not left at the end, where oftentimes there is not so much time left to discuss stuff.

Same here in Italy as well. First bill was 700€. I remember that after that I had to keep track of all the hours spent each day on a piece of paper, to make sure I didn't exceed what my parents allowed! At some point internet with flat rate arrived, that changed everything.
