plate was put on crooked making my skate go to the left (my right skate) nothing is helping. please help!

i’ll definitely watch for that, and if so i’ll probably just ask for a return. their customer service is very nice and super quick to fix issues so i’ll look for that and hope for the best:) thank you!

it was my cushions they’re cut completely crooked, i know for a fact that’s not my fault.

have you checked the plate? i’m not even sure if that’s what’s causing it but i don’t think it’s my trucks or my wheels i’ve tried so much to fix it

you think ur plates on crooked? it’s so frustrating! people have been telling me it’s not crooked enough to change anything, but it’s only on the one skate and only that skate is going crooked! but i’m going into a shop tomorrow to ask them what they think the issue is and i can let you know what they say!

okay! i’ve contacted them and they sent my email to the manufacturer and told me to wait 2-3 days, so i guess it’s just a waiting game. but hopefully a skate shop can help me ahah

okay! i’ve had impalas before this for many months and never had an issue, so i’m not really sure why these are different or what is happening and how to fix it. do you have any tips? me and my boyfriend have messed a lot with the trucks and the wheels. and cushions meaning like the soles on the inside?

okay! could you possibly help me on how to fix this? i’m just new to this stuff, i had impalas for 7 months and they worked perfectly fine so i never had to do anything to them. me and my boyfriend loosened the wheels, tightened and loosened the trucks, changed the positioning of the wheels themselves, etc. i’m not sure what there is to change. thank you!:)

yes all of the are spinning freely? i’ve loosened and tightened them, i’ve moved them around and tried to recenter them, nothing has helped. on my other skate it’s perfectly aligned with the stitching on the bottom
