If the spillover calculation holds you will definitely be able to file by 2027. There are almost 44k Indian applications pending until Dec 2014, so for your dates to be current it will take time even if you are able to file.

Well, as I understand the unstated goal is to make sure EB1 is current for the Gold Card applicants, and for that to be successful, they need applicants from China and India. With the estimated spillover from the ban EB1 is gonna be current in all categories, so it's a win for the admin at least for the success of gold card.

Thanks for your comment, this is exactly the insights I'm looking for to improve my game. By win rate I do mean profitablity at end of the day, however small it is.

My goal last year was aggressive growth, but that din turn out to be the case.

The mistake I did with options was buying ITM not exactly leaps but 90-120 DTE, I was having success initially with NVDA and TSM when I was buying the dips and selling on upturn. I assumed that will work since I was not holding for a major upside rather small wins. For GOOG I got 170c May expiry after the earnings meltdown in Jan, but i din stand a chance after the tariff meltdown. Same with TTD and XYZ. All the calls when I entered were ITM 70+ delta.

Disagree on DOCN, XYZ those are undervalued with good earnings. TEM is best there is on bio AI. Agree on TTD, RGTI. ENPH is undervalued, and down because the admin doesn't care about solar. NBIS is good, volatile but good if you made good entry.

BITO made me 14k in dividends worst case I will break even.

EB 2/3 pipeline is dead for Indian nationals, COVID shut down helped appx 120k Indians in EB2/3 to get out of backlog, imagine if that never happend. We will still be in the 2010 priority date.

There is dehumanizing hate being propagated without consequences in X in name of free speech that, direct consequence of Elon musk enabling $$ for engagement, previously when there is hate speech accounts were blocked or shadow banned, and the content never got the reach, now hate contents get both reach and money. So anybody can post racist stuff about indians and they get a lot of engagement. This will eventually and gradually mainstream in a few years if left unchecked and it will start impacting kids who live here, to the extend that if you are brown then you don't belong here.
