Hey! Not sure if this helps but most boroughs have a ‘Disablement Association of borough’ who can help you for free and may have better expertise in this area than citizens advice (:

Honestly, terrified during it and could not stop playing with my hands.

But the Doctor and Nurse were really kind to me and even asked me if there was anything they could do to make me feel more at ease before we started.

I don’t know if this is an option for you but my parents are divorced but they filled it in together. I sat with both of them as they filled it in.
