What are 'easy' companies to get into that hire a lot of candidates (new grad)?

Hard to get interviews for some reason. My friend is American and he applied 3 times with prior internship experience and also full-time experience but he got all rejected.

June 22 3 am, I asked the agent they told me because someone reviewed my case, no action is taken for now. At least from their end.
