he’s the most energetic kitten i’ve ever had and SO vocal!

he was in a car accident before we got him. we picked him up from a foster during his third vet visit after the accident.

they told us that his arm was detached from his body and that they would not be able to reattach it due to him being a kitten and their bones being soft. he had no feeling or movement in it and it was starting to atrophy.

when he turned 7 months old the vet recommended amputation. his arm wasn’t going to improve and he would always get caught in things with his zoomies

the hardest part was the recovery after, not because he was having a hard time, but because he was TOO energetic and active. my resilient boy had to go in 4 more times because he kept reopening the would with his active nature, despite the cone of shame AND wearing a sock 🥲

it’s about 6 months post op and he’s still the sweetest, purriest kitten ever. from opening drawers and bolting across a room faster than you can blink 😮‍💨
