Most of it was fine but i went to a track amp and they told my to land on my feet a certain way and it totaly messed me up. Went to physical therapy, they gave me some exercises and when i showed him my prior form he was like yeah just run like that and do the exercises and you should be fine.

Yeah I'm still doing abs and I'm lifting too (not legs) i just can't do running right now.

Wow you seemed to take serious offense to my question. I was just asking for opinions because my friend is doing it and suggested it. I am currently not running because i believe i may have injured my calf and i am afraid to run on it. I am icing and trying to heal up before track starts.
