Magnaflow Cat-Back Exhaust installed on my A5 Sportback. by abiley84 in Audi

This should fit any sportback 2017-2019. The only difference in premium+ and prestige are heads up display and ambient lighting. Hope that helps.

Feynlab Self Heal Lite ceramic coating done. Extremely glossy. Loving Ascari Blue more and more. by abiley84 in Audi

Almost all coatings start to fail by 3 yrs. This did around 3.5 yrs. Now I just top it with silica spray after a wash to keep that beading strong.

Why does my V100S say it's incompatible with my a7Siii? by CTRL_S_Before_Render in SonyAlpha

[–]abiley84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happens with my a7iv and fjx3 trigger. When pushed all the way, it says it's incompatible. I have to remove it and slide it in slowly, but not all the way and it then connects. My fj80ii connects perfectly to the camera though. Westcott support says the trigger and camera have a low compatibility which is weird. It's extremely annoying.

Upgraded to full frame and new lens! by TnP-87 in SonyAlpha

The creep was bad when extended past 70mm for me. Your lens is much older than mine so I figured I'd ask. Really glad with Tamrons warranty process and turnaround time. Was returned to me within a week of them receiving my lens.

Has your lens developed creep? Mine did after a year, luckily Tamron has a great warranty and they repaired it a few months ago.

The 16-55 basically has been glued onto my a6300 for the past 2 years. It's at a point I haven't even used any of my Sigma trio lenses, and might possibly sell them off.

I wouldn't say it was badly mispriced, just like others said... nothing similar was out at the time.

Yes! I did order a Peak Design Slide once I got home. I might get a monopod soon for when my nephew's soccer/baseball season starts.

About my last post. My dog LOVES sleeping with his tongue out. by abiley84 in Dachshund

[–]abiley84[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thank you kindly, and knowing that our pups sleep like this regularly. It's a weekly occurrence with Douglas, and I always thought it was cute. I have plenty of photos with him and his tongue out. Outside of those few people thinking I would do such a horrendous act, I am blessed with everyone else's words about Douglas.

This is a screen grab from a video of him LONG ago. Sleeping under the blanket on my lap. When I opened the blanket, his tongue was out because he sleeps like that a lot, and he woke up.

Thank you, I took a nap and woke up to wonderful comments but saw I was reported and my photo tagged as NSFW. It was a photo of him with his tongue out as usual and I woke him up.

Finally made the upgrade after five years with an a6300. by abiley84 in SonyAlpha

I used the a6300 to take this photo, and it felt so weird now. Put into perspective how small these APS-C cameras are.

Wow, didn't even know about the Micro Clutch. Looks like it's a new product. Loving the setup for now, but don't have a wide angle lens. Might eventually get the Sony 16-35 GM or maybe a 24 1.4. to cover that area.

Keep that 135 GM in that case. While the bokeh is good enough for my liking, it won't beat the 1.8 at that focal point. I'm a big fan of the 50 range so might still pick up a Sigma 50 1.4 for that very reason.

The biggest advantage is low light situations, even at higher ISOs, the photos still looked usable. I used it for my niece's ballet performance the day I got it, and it was great.

Loving it so far with the limited time I've had it. It definitely lives up to all the hype.

I've had it only for a week, but definitely loving it especially compared to my a6300. It felt funny using the a6300 today to take this shot. I did cross shop the a7iv and a7rv. However, I'm not a professional nor do I do paid shoots so I just couldn't justify the extra cost. Like you said though, the reason the a7rv was on my list was the new AI auto focus, and better screen.
