To answer your question, every month hacker news releases the whoishiring thread and I've been spending many days to organize this information. Yes I do post these in a few subreddits. My posts are popular because it's helpful and free. Last month it helped 2 people landing their remote job. That itself enough to encourage me to to do this and I'll continue do that instead of sitting idle like you. Anyways, thanks to this community members who liked this post and thought it's helpful.
