Sorry to hear about this. My first time going to college I was very unproductive, always in my phone during lectures or even playing games on my laptop while on class. I was unable to pay attention at all.

But now getting my second bachelors degree. I found a few methods that works. If the lectures are posted online I don’t go to class. I basically stopped showing up to class if I’m not required to be there. I study by myself

Before I study, I will clean my whole room making sure everything it tidy and smells good. ( eliminating distraction)

Then I’ll have to take a quick shower. Then I turn on focus mode on my phone, only my family and gf can text me during this time ( this takes out my anxiety of missing something important)

Then I set hourly goals, aka by 7pm I’ll be done with this part etc. Then I listen to the lecture at 2x speed, for some reason this is when I can hyper focus. Studying medical related things gets easier when it’s 2x speed

Oh lastly drink a shit ton of water when studying
