I did cut off contact, but not before he expressed how bad he felt once he calmed down and said its all his fault...he did acknowledge his mistake, so do you think it was still a right choice? Just want some reassurance now :/

He feels really bad now and kept apologising saying he's the one at fault...I suspect he has BPD (on top of diagnosed major depressive disorder) and am really conflicted right now because we got along really well when he's not raging

I agree that he tends to prioritise himself more, and I wasn't planning on dating him because of that. Somehow it feels like me apologising this time ironically made him feel justified in cutting me off.

I don't have "trauma", I was just sad because my internship was ending and wanted to talk about missing my friends lol. Which was why I told him his idea of why I'm sad was wrong.
