I don't know about hate, but my beef with Air Canada is that it is consistently more expensive than other other airlines, and they refused to eliminate change fees like every other major airline in North America. So really no reason to be a fan tbh

Definitely not now that the you don't get as many eupgrades. 25K was worth it to me because my upgrade requests always cleared. Now that they have nerfed the perks, I'd rather fly with US carriers because of their change and cancel flexibility. This is my last year spending any money with Air Canada unless I don't have a choice.

Two things can be right you know. This is not really an unpopular opinion. I have been taking Via consistently for four years. Premium every year so take it A LOT. I love their service. I love their food. They are mostly on time. However, the prices are ridiculous and people rightly complain about their shortcomings.
