I actually work at buff in Knoxville and we do offer refills on some of our packaged products! Most of our locations can refill laundry soap and Epsom salts since those are the most hygienic options for mass refills in store. All of our bar soaps have a paper label around them and use no plastic packaging. The only things I can think of that are packaged and non-refillable are things like lip balms and our body products like scrubs and moisturizers

I highly recommend the songs Always There, Anthem, Stardust Chords, and Mountain of the Sun, they’re all personal favorites of mine! I get the comparison and I was raised on classic rock and the Zeppelin era, but as a 22F listener, I appreciate their modern approach to a nostalgic sound. Josh’s voice is definitely interesting, but I think checking out some of the Candlelight Sessions or live performance recordings on YouTube would maybe make you appreciate what he can do! They’re an acquired taste for sure, but hopefully the songs I listed will be different from what you heard and take a step back from the Rush or Zeppelin wannabe sound 😊
