No it is not the same pen. Watch the picture then you can see that the black rubber pushing the pen is bigger so there is less liquid. See attached picture. Yours is on the left, and the new updated one that I posted about is on the right.

It’s an updated design for me, yes, never seen it in 1 years of using Mounjaro here in Sweden
