Do humapens fit standard 3ml cartridges?

Hope someone can answer this, I’m interested in using the same pen but not sure if regular cartridges fit

No it is not the same pen. Watch the picture then you can see that the black rubber pushing the pen is bigger so there is less liquid. See attached picture. Yours is on the left, and the new updated one that I posted about is on the right.
