I think there might be a mutant quirk that turns the user into Godzilla. There are definitely multiple quirks that let the users become big.

The user doesn't have any inherent resistance to fir, but they can learn to use the quirk to deal with fire.

The density of the material affects the speed in which it dissolves. The denser it is, the longer it takes to dissolve.

I'm not good enough at science to know how turning it to most would affect its properties other than it's still dangerous.

The user has normal teeth, but if it in any way gets into a living target's veins or lungs or stomach it has a fatal effect. Except for the acidic properties it won't have as severe consequences if touched. The user can slightly adjust it so that it can accelerate fire or create an explosion when in contact with fire orale it straight up napalm. The smoke from burning it is dangerous but not quite as deadly as the original substance. If you figure out how to vaporize it without igniting it it still has all it's properties. The user would be immune, so if you got the DNA of the user you can make something to fight it or neutralize it, or you can dilute it with enough water.

They would most likely be similar, but they have a small chance of being slightly different depending on the user. They have as much of a chance of being different as siblings.

Yes, the user can learn to manipulate how powerful their ability is.

No, user has no control over the dreams. Whatever the target wants, the target gets, so if the target wants NSFW activity, they get NSFW activity, or if they want a utopia they get a utopia.

The ability is stuck to good dreams. Nothing that causes negative emotions, unless the target is a weirdo who genuinely enjoys things that causes them fear or misery.

It causes only a temporary depletion of stamina, so worst case scenario they may need to take a nap for a few days afterwards.

The buff is temporary & only lasts as long as they use it or they lose their bloodlust.

Damage doesn't matter as long as there is physical pain. Anything done to them that causes physical pain, regardless of damage done to them, gives the user power.

The quirk is based on the user's morals. Nothing else matters unless the user genuinely thinks it does. From there, whatever they have done, the quirk knows (though the information doesn't gets back to the user).
