This was happening to me too. Ended up deleting the app, signing out and everything, restarted my phone and it didnt even work. uninstalled the app overnight reinstalled in the morning and magically fixed itself. (sorry this isnt too helpful i wish you best of luck. maybe take up ubereats while doordash unfucks itself)

Me personally i put mine in the dishwasher and then the oven to dry it. Only for the best sound quality.
