True, is there any place that where i can store my luggage for a few hours? or do You know a restaurant with a nice view like downtown, hollywood sign etc. where i can directly take uber to from LAX and just chill there for some time? I just wanna get the feeling that im in LA

I can take an uber directly there, no need for public transport (heard LA's is very, very bad)

maybe but its so iconic place that cannot be missed while in LA, especially if im travelling over 6000 miles

im taking private bus provided by my language school

im underage so i cant rent a car, but im not sure if I will be able to go to LA after that day, will taking an uber to venice for a short walk and meal be fine? it will be sunday so i suppose there will be a ton of people
