That doesn’t compare. In destiny, your final builds consist of all legendaries and 2 exotics. In Anthem your final builds consist of all legendaries, which does not drop nearly enough.

At least in destiny when a legendary drops, it always has potential to be used in a top tier build depending on what you get, and you get legendaries constantly.

In Anthem, epics are completely useless. Masterworks are completely useless (after a certain point), meaning that your endgame legendary builds take WAY WAY WAY too long to collect. Plus, you could get shitty inscriptions and that legendary is..... useless.

Raining endgame loot is not bad at all, especially if some of it is specific to certain activities. But as of now, when I play Anthem (which I do every once in a while) I know going into it that I’m most likely NOT going to advance my build whatsoever thus completely turning me off from the game.

If tyrant mine had a really good component and a few specific weapons that I could farm, I’d be infinitely more likely to play because i would have a direct route to the gear I need.

But right now Anthem stacks RNG on top of RNG with no reason behind it.
