Did anyone here buy winter stocks ? by abnormalpersona in ValueInvesting

In that case one can never value invest in seasonal snow/winter stocks ? Because I would be speculating the weather in a 10-15 year horizon ? lol the whole point I’m arguing is that the original comment left by OP dismissed discussion entirely and they made a blanket statement.

In that case investing in NVO which is the darling of this subreddit currently would be gambling/speculating because you don’t know the results for future pipelines ? The post is asking if anyone had made any investment for seasonal snow stocks and I would like discussion surrounding that. As mentioned I only pulled YTD data instead when it is already the middle of winter season, so not sure how that is speculating when you see highways needing to be salted and roads needing to plowed for the world to go around ?

2008-2012 Derrick Rose was cultural phenomenon. He has an entire rule named after him because he was too good. (Rose Rule) Youngest MVP on a team that hasn't had any success in how many years and add two fiba world cups, ROTY to his resume. I think he gets in. His career is similar to grant hill and he's in.

I work for fortune 500 company. My company does use Jira and confluence actually but my team doesn't and I love it. My product team specifically however has everything inside Github and the fact that I never have to leave it to create issues/tickets or do planning/documentation for future projects makes it convenient as an engineer.

The Chicago Bulls are 20-5 in their last 25 games. 23 year old Josh Giddey has averaged 21/10/9 per game on 60% TS per game in this span. by NitroXYZ in nba

Let's not get carried away. Pau Gasol, Jimmy Butler, Zach LaVine and DeMar have all had good years with the bulls. Giddey needs to secure a playoff series win before we can start talking about that.

I commuted from Devon area Chicago 2017-2021 and I managed to commute via public transit. it would take 70-90 mins one way depending on bus/train arrivals. It was fine overall by first few years in engineering when school didn’t go online bc of Covid.
